Reading Specialist / Teacher Leader

Job Description

This year I am being trained for the reading specialist and teacher leader
positions. The district is paying for me to take CLIP (not reading recovery, but similar) and
I co-teach first grade for half of my day during the language arts block. Next year I
will not have one class that I work with, but instead will mentor teachers for half of my day
and pull students for CLIP the other half.
